Yes, all our products are new and authentic. We are official retailers of Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Guess. All products come with tags and original packaging.

The DUDE21 store shows the availability of items in our warehouses and stores in real time.
If a size is currently out of stock, it means it's sold out, and we can't currently predict whether it will be restocked during the season.
We recommend periodically visiting the product or collection page to check for any updates on availability. You can also save your favorite items to your WISHLIST so you can always keep track of them.

Orders and shipments

We ship within Italy within 24-48 hours with express delivery, and outside Italy within 4-7 business days. Within Italy, shipping costs €8 for orders under €99 and is free for orders of €99 or more. International shipping costs start at €12.

Yes, you can choose between different shipping methods during checkout.
In addition to home delivery, in-store pickup is also available by selecting the DUDE21 store closest to your location from those available.
The service is FREE and does not include additional shipping costs.
As soon as your order is available for pickup, you will receive an email notification and an update will also be visible in your personal account.

No, you don't need to create an account manually. When you make a purchase, an account is automatically generated and associated with your email address. Your orders, personal information, and shipping addresses are stored there. To log in, visit the Sign In section and enter your email address. You'll receive an OTP via email that you'll need to enter to access your personal area.

Once confirmed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. We encourage you to carefully check the contents of your cart before proceeding to checkout. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us through the Contact Us section of the website.

No, any customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to the courier according to the methods indicated.

Upon shipment, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the progress of your order via the courier's website or the link provided. Alternatively, you can always track the status of your order from your personal area .
Returns and refunds

If you wish to return one or more items online, you can easily do so through your personal profile.
Here's how the process works:
- Log in to your personal account.
- Find your order: In the Orders section, locate the order for which you wish to request a return. You can also make a partial return, selecting only some of the products included in the order.
- Request a return: Select the option to start the process and follow the guided instructions.
- Receive the return shipping label via email (if you are requesting a return from Italy).
- Prepare the package and apply the label to the outside.
- Return the package: You can take it to a FedEx drop-off point, or book a home pickup through the official platform at this link. After the return request is accepted and you receive the prepaid shipping label, you have 7 days to deliver the package to the courier.
Online Returns from Outside Italy. If you are requesting a return from abroad, once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then ship the package independently to our headquarters at the following address: ANNA VIRGILI SRL /Contrada San Giovanni snc, 63074 San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) – Italy. You can use the courier of your choice, provided the shipment is tracked and the service provider gives you a tracking number.

Return period: the request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The package must also be handed over to the courier within 7 days of the return request being approved.
Product conditions: the product must be returned intact, unused, with original labels and packaging.

Once we receive the product (either online or at an Anna Virgili store), we allow 3–7 business days to approve the refund. The refund will then be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

You can return your items directly to one of our DUDE21 stores. Use our store locator to find the store closest to you. Upon arrival at the store, a sales associate will inspect the product's general condition to ensure it complies with our return policies.
To make a return, all you need to do is:
- show up at the store within 14 days of receiving your order
- bring two paper copies of your order confirmation with you
Both copies will be signed and stamped by the store : one will be kept for you as proof, the other will be retained by the store as confirmation of the return and acceptance.

ONLINE RETURN (If you are requesting a return from Italy): the procedure has a fixed cost of €8.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
RETURN TO A DUDE21 STORE: the procedure is FREE of charge. The full amount of your order will be refunded.
*Note: The shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will be fully refunded, except in the case of a partial return. In the latter case, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, we invite you to place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep, following the instructions in the Returns & Refunds section .
