Returns and refunds

Shopping on DUDE21 is simple, secure, and flexible. For this reason, we have defined a clear and intuitive return procedure, which can be managed independently online or directly in-store.

The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU.

 

ONLINE RETURNS THROUGH YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT

If you wish to return one or more items online, you can easily do so through your personal profile.

Here's how the procedure works:

  1. Access your personal account.
  2. Find your order: In the Orders section, locate the order for which you wish to request a return. It is also possible to make a partial return, by selecting only some of the products contained in the order.
  3. Request a return: Select the option to start the procedure and follow the guided instructions.
  4. Receive the return shipping label via email (if you are requesting a return from Italy).
  5. Prepare the package and apply the label to the outside.
  6. Return the package: You can drop it off at a FedEx drop-off point, or book a home collection through the official platform at this link. After the return request has been accepted and you have received the prepaid shipping label, you have 7 days to hand over the package to the courier.

Online Return Outside Italy. If you are requesting a return from outside Italy, once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then ship the package independently to our headquarters at the following address: ANNA VIRGILI SRL /Contrada San Giovanni snc, 63074 San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) – Italy. You can use the courier of your choice, provided that the shipment is tracked and the service provider gives you a tracking number.

Once we receive the package, we reserve 3–7 business days to check its condition and approve the refund, which will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Timeline and conditions - Online Returns

Period for making a return: the request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The package must also be handed over to the courier within 7 days of the return request being approved.

Product conditions: the product must be returned intact, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Costs (if you are requesting a return from Italy): a fixed cost of €8.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

*Note: The amount of shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will be refunded in full, except in the case of a partial return. In the latter case, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

Alternatively to online returns, you can return your items directly to one of our DUDE21 stores.

Upon arrival at the store, a sales assistant will check the general condition of the product to ensure it complies with the return policy.

To make a return, you will simply need to:

  • present yourself in store within 14 days of receiving the order
  • bring two paper copies of the order confirmation with you

Both copies will be signed and stamped by the store: one will remain with you as a record, the other will be kept by the store to confirm the return and acceptance.

Once we receive the product, we reserve 3–7 business days to approve the refund, which will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Costs: no cost – in-store returns are FREE.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish for a different size or color, we invite you to place a new order and proceed with the return of the item you do not intend to keep, following the procedures indicated on this page.
