Returns and refunds
Purchasing on DUDE21 is simple, safe, and flexible . For this reason, we've developed a clear and intuitive return procedure that you can manage independently online or directly in-store.
The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.
ONLINE RETURNS VIA YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT
If you wish to return one or more items online, you can easily do so through your personal profile.
Here's how the procedure works:
1. Log in to your personal account .
2. Find your order: In the Orders section, locate the order for which you wish to request a return. You can also make a partial return by selecting only some of the products in the order.
3. Request a return: Select the option to start the process and follow the guided instructions.
4. Receive your return shipping label by email.
5. Prepare the package and apply the label to the outside.
6. Return the package: you can take it to a collection point, or book a home collection through the official platform of the courier used.
Once we receive your package, we allow 3–7 business days to verify its condition and approve your refund, which will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Terms and Conditions - Online Returns
Return period : the request must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Product Condition : The product must be returned intact, unused, with original labels and packaging.
Costs : ITALY - fixed fee of €8.00 , which will be deducted from the refunded amount. OUTSIDE ITALY - the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
*Note: The shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will be refunded in full, except in the case of a partial return. In this case, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
RETURN TO STORE
As an alternative to online returns, you can return your items directly to one of our DUDE21 stores.
Use our search engine to find the store closest to you.
Upon arrival at the store, a sales assistant will check the general condition of the product to ensure it complies with the return policies.
To make a return, all you need to do is:
- show up at the store within 14 days of receiving your order
- bring two paper copies of your order confirmation with you
Both copies will be signed and stamped by the store : one will be kept for you as proof, the other will be retained by the store as confirmation of the return and acceptance.
Once we receive the product, we reserve 3–7 business days to approve the refund, which will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Timings and conditions
Return period : the item must be returned to the store within 14 days from the delivery date.

Costs : no costs – returns to the store are FREE .
*Note: The shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will be refunded in full, except in the case of a partial return. In this case, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
Changes
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, we invite you to place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep, following the instructions on this page. If you have any questions or concerns, our Customer Service is always available.
